The www.hotelstarinn.com website is the property of Hoti Hotéis, SGPS, SA, hereinafter referred to as Hoti Hotéis, legal person no. 504 762 982, with registered offices at Av. D. João II, Lt 1.16.02B, 1990-083 Lisboa and is intended to be used by clients and those interested in the services provided by the establishments that are part of the chain of hotels managed by Hoti Hotéis.
Use
The website is made available free of charge to present the Star inn low cost hotel concept, the characteristics of the units that make up this chain, to make reservations or any other type of contract with the hotels in the Star inn chain, hereinafter referred to as Star inn Hotels.
Use of the site implies acceptance of these conditions and the obligation not to use any software or application that interferes with the normal operation of the site.
Content and availability
All the elements contained on the site and the information made available are the property of Hoti Hotéis, other companies in its economic group or the hotels in the chain managed by Hoti Hotéis, and therefore, without their written authorization, any reproduction, in whole or in part, alteration or use of any of the site’s contents for commercial or other purposes is not permitted.

The website allows you to make online reservations at Star inn Hotels. The user should carefully read the terms and conditions relating to room availability, rates, prices, payments, cancellation conditions and other information provided during processing, before completing the reservation.
By making a reservation, the user automatically authorizes Star inn Hotels to exchange information relating to him/her with any entities that are part of a credit risk centralization or means of payment verification system.
The reservation will only be accepted if payment is guaranteed at the time of booking, by indicating a credit card issued by a reputable entity, valid for debiting the services to be provided.
