Star inn Peniche: The hotel has a privileged location, facing the beach, offering a very cosy and relaxed atmosphere for both families and sports enthusiasts.
What conditions does the hotel offer surfers?
Star inn Peniche: The hotel has changing rooms, indoor and outdoor showers and a sportcentre with individual lockers for storing surfboards, wetsuits and bicycles.
How do I book a room for reduced mobility?

What are the restaurant hours?
Star inn Porto: Our hotel does not have a restaurant.
Star inn Peniche: Our “À Viva” Restaurant is open from 13h00 to 14h30 and from 19h30 to 22h00.
Star inn Lisbon: Our meal service runs continuously from 11am to 2am.
Are there any smoking areas in the hotel?
Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas such as terraces.

Is it possible to reserve parking in advance in order to guarantee it?
No, it is not possible to book car parking at any of the Star Inn hotels.

Yes, all our hotels have a space where customers can store their luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Do the rates include access to the swimming pool?
Star inn Peniche: The hotel offers free access to the indoor and outdoor pool in season (from 01/06 to 31/10) from 09h00 to 20h30, jacuzzi and gym from 09h00 to 22h00. In the indoor pool and jacuzzi it is compulsory to wear a swimming cap and slippers, and you can buy your cap at reception for €3.50/each. The hotel also offers a pool dressing gown hire service at a cost of €1.50/each.
What are the spa and pool opening hours?
Star inn Peniche: Welness centre from 8:00 to 22:00 and swimming pool from 9:00 to 20:30.

Star inn Porto: Yes, in our standard rooms. 1 pet is allowed per room with a maximum weight of 20kg. The cost is €20 per night, per animal. A deposit of €100.00 is charged to cover any damage that may occur in the room.
